What?
Art for Relaxation is a four week course, exploring different art materials, and finding space to wind down and switch off. Across the weeks we will use pastels, paint, clay and fabric. There will be different activities that you can try, all completely relaxed and pressure-free. All the materials are included in the course fee, and you will create different images or objects each week to take home.

 

Who?
This course is for everyone, from complete beginners to budding Van Goghs. You don’t need to be able to draw or paint, or consider yourself ‘good at art’. Just come along and have a go!

 

Why?
Art making is a great way to be mindful, to find your creative side, and switch off from the stresses and strains of daily life. Here is what some of our participants have said:
